About Eastridge

Eastridge borders the Placer / Sacramento county line and is sometimes mistaken to be a Roseville community. Eastridge is served by Roseville Power but is truly a Granite Bay neighborhood. The homes were built in the mid-nineties by well - known and respected builders. Eastridge is located off Old Auburn Rd. with quick access to Sierra College Blvd, making any commute quick and easy. The neighborhood is very quaint with winding streets and well-kept yards (the Eastridge HOA maintains your front yard). Residents love the easy access to local amenities like Johnson Ranch and the Granite Bay Golf Course.

Eastridge is blessed with mature vegetation, bike trails connecting the entire area and a sense of pride with residents that stay for the peace of mind. Eastridge was designed with families in mind, with quiet streets for children to call their own.
